We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Records Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm job.

Must haves:

Key Responsibilities:

Review real estate records to determine historical ownership of properties, providing essential legal support.
Update transaction information accurately based on change requests related to involved parties or properties.
Maintain expected production levels and delivery standards consistently on a daily basis.
Adhere to standard procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
Understand how assigned duties intersect with those of other team members and related teams.
Contribute to the team's success through the quality and efficiency of your support.
Identify and address typical problems, selecting appropriate solutions from established options.
Communicate moderately complex information effectively, particularly within the team.
Work under general supervision with some autonomy in task execution and problem-solving.
Manage individual workload effectively without supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling real estate records and transaction information.
Familiarity with legal processes and documentation related to real estate transactions is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used for record keeping and data management.
