Quality Inspector
Is a proactive and meticulous individual, dedicated to leading and overseeing quality initiatives in the daily production environment. This role is essential to ensure that products meet established quality standards, from the receipt of raw materials to final delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Execute planned and random inspections at each production phase to evaluate and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspections of incoming raw materials and other specialized products used in manufacturing.
• Initiate exhaustive documentation if any Non-Conformity is detected during inspections.
• Collaborate in the preparation of detailed reports on identified nonconformities and actively participate in the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate in the monitoring, maintenance and renewal of the calibration of all inspection equipment, guaranteeing its precision and reliability.
• Participate in the identification and resolution of problems related to inspection equipment.
• Contribute to the organization and preservation of all inspection and non-conformity records, ensuring their accessibility and accuracy.
• Collaborate in the implementation of efficient systems for document management.
• Work effectively in a group environment, collaborating closely with production teams, quality and other relevant departments.
• Maintain clear and open communication with engineering staff to interpret and implement engineering requirements plans.
• Address and complete other assigned duties, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Experience in the medical device industry and medical device regulations (preferred).
• Basic skills in computer use, data entry, word processing and use of Excel.
• Experience in using measurement and testing instruments.
