Job Description:
Our company is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in one of our Brooklyn, NY offices.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
2. Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
3. Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescription guidelines.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
5. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
6. Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues, procedures, and preventive measures.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Assist in the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, arranging for diagnostic tests, and facilitating communication between healthcare providers.
9. Respond to medical emergencies and provide prompt and appropriate interventions.
10. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in nursing practice and healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

1. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
